Breach of the rules will result in removal from My Viral Ad Network, and loss of
referrals and commission.

My Viral Ad Network accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial or personal damage that might occur as a result of using our service. Further, you agree that My Viral Ad Network is not responsible for any dispute you may have. We are not involved in any kind of trade dispute between you and other members/the 3rd party.

You understand that any claims made by My Viral Ad Network, represent only potential results and Does Not guarantee what you may personally experience or earn. The amount of traffic to your website and income earned will vary depending on how many people you refer and your own efforts.

Spam or U.C.E.
You agree not to engage in any spam activity. Sending U.C.E. If there is sufficient proof of a spam complaint made against you, we will terminate your account and further ban you from using My Viral Ad Network. No Refunds will be given or comissions paid if you are terminated for violating our spam policy.
Payments
Payments are made every Friday through Paypal and
Alertpay. We accept payments through Paypal or Credit Card, simply choose the
credit card option when you get to the payment page.
Account Termination
My Viral Ad Network reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate any
account for spam, abuse of services, fraud, illegal content or any other
activity which we feel undermines the reputation, fair use, and proper function
of My Viral Ad Network.
Account Rejection:
My Viral Ad Network may at any time refuse to include or reject any user in the
network that is found to be inappropriate, based solely on My Viral Ad Network
discretion. We DO NOT accept any web site which has pornography, hate, or
contains any illegal content or activities whatsoever.
Changes To Our Terms Of Service:
My Viral Ad Network reserves the right to change these terms whenever we deem
necessary and for whatever reason we feel necessary without any prior warning.
